Punctuality and Courtesy

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied i.e 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.

Cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have to cancel your appointments we require that you contact us the phone 085 255 5065. Please note 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. The deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation occurs at least 24 hours prior to appointment time. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will be asked to book the appointment through our website Book Now, where the deposit is required.

Service Guarantee & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed, you can contact us here. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, to offer you a refund.

Right to Refuse Service

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

Patch Testing

Patch testing is required for clients who have never had it before and first time coming to our salon( lash tint, brow tint, lash lift, brow tint, and waxing).
